My experience at Sabaii Bay Resort was quite disappointing. The location has potential, but the service was lacking as the staff, including the owner, was rude and unhelpful. I encountered serious issues, such as a fire in my bungalow due to electrical faults. The rooms were not as pictured, and there were cleanliness issues, especially with the pool. Overall, this stay was not worth the money, and I felt unsafe during my time there.

I had a wonderful time at the resort, which is perfect for families and friends. The newer rooms are stylish and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay at a fair price. The staff was very helpful in suggesting activities around Koh Phangan, and the beach is stunning and just a short walk away. However, I did hear some noise from the parking area at night, which was a bit bothersome. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
